By accessing and using the Sanctum Psych website and engaging in services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the expectations, limitations, and rights of both the practitioner (Ayman) and the client. 

Sanctum Psych provides professional counselling and therapeutic services delivered via secure telehealth. Services are available to clients located within Australia and are intended for adults and young people as appropriate to the scope of practice.

Engaging in therapy does not constitute a crisis service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services on 000 or reach out to a 24/7 crisis service such as Lifeline (13 11 14).

While every effort is made to support your wellbeing, outcomes of therapy vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to participate actively and make informed decisions throughout your therapeutic journey.

All personal information collected by Sanctum Psych is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your confidentiality will be maintained except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law or there is a serious risk of harm.

Appointments are made through our secure booking platform. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full session fee (see our Cancellation Policy for more detail).

Payment for sessions is required prior to or at the time of the session. Receipts are provided upon request. Sanctum Psych does not currently offer Medicare rebates or accept private health fund claims.

All intellectual property on this website — including text, logo, design, and written content — remains the property of Sanctum Psych and may not be reproduced without permission.

Sanctum Psych reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
